Dionysus in the News

Dionysus in the News

It’s always a strange and gratifying moment when a problem you obsess over gets a big, shiny spotlight in a place like US News & World Report.

This week, that spotlight landed on postpartum depression, and our own Chief Medical Officer, the formidable Dr. Jennifer Payne, was featured as one of the experts helping to explain this under-treated crisis. She did a fantastic job of cutting through the noise, as she always does.

Of course, talking about it is only half the battle. The other half is actually doing something about it.

Which brings me to the better news: Next month, Dionysus is launching our text at clinics in Florida in collaboration with Mammha. We'll be working with partners across the state to bring our proactive, predictive model of care to mothers and families.

One step closer to making PPD a preventable condition, not an inevitable crisis.

SciFi, Fantasy, & Me

I’m currently watching…

  • Silo - the book did a better job with the brutal realities of all of humanity living in a massive silo, but the show feels more real.
  • Peacemaker - you can do orgies on TV now?
  • Wednesday - I can do without the teen angst and school drama dross, but I like the Adamseses.
  • Thuderbolts - I'm just looking for some redemptive silliness here.
  • Finished the Andor to Rogue One to A New Hope trifecta.

If your company, university, or conference just happen to be in one of the above locations and want the "best keynote I've ever heard" (shockingly spoken by multiple audiences last year)?
